Mastering Nonprofit Fundraising

Starting June 7th - July 10th
6 pm-9 pm CST - 4-weeks (Weds. & Fridays)

Course Description: 

This course is designed to equip individuals with the skills for success in nonprofit fundraising. It will provide a holistic understanding of fundraising principles and equip students with practical skills to thrive in this rewarding field. Students will engage in hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-world projects to deepen their knowledge and expertise.

Course Objectives:

1. Students will gain the ability to develop comprehensive and strategic fundraising plans tailored to the needs and goals of nonprofit organizations.

2. Students will learn how to cultivate authentic relationships with donors through personalized communication, stewardship, and recognition strategies.

3. Students will learn to leverage various fundraising channels, including traditional methods such as direct mail and events, and modern digital platforms like social media, crowdfunding, and email campaigns.

4. Students will learn how to craft a compelling Case for Support.  

5. Data-driven decision-making: Students will learn to harness data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and measure performance.
